After arriving from Dubai we were more than happy to experience the cooler London weather, and as it was the first time to London for many in the group, most of us wanted to head to a traditional English pub for dinner and some drinks. A good night was had by all, with many planning the free day ahead and loading it full of traditional London activities!
Sunday the 19th of July was a free day for everyone and the group split to maximise their time in London. Many opted for the double decker bus tour, which takes you past many of the major sites: Tower bridge, the London Eye, Big Ben, Houses of Parliament and Westminster, to name a few. A few others set off to Covent Garden's, the Tate Museum and the new Westfield London. We all then met back and went to dinner at Japanese restaurant, Ikkyusan, in China town. After dinner a few partygoers headed out for a dance whilst some were exhausted from the day's adventures and headed back to the hotel for an earliy-ish night.
The following couple of days were filled with company visits and on our final night in London, we all had a group dinner at a local kosher restaurant, Bevis Marks, and we all agreed it was brilliant food!
